Surprises currently accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express.

Sales Tax
We are required to collect sales tax on items shipped to Texas.

Gift Wrapping
Our popular gift wrapping is available on most items.  Your personalized message is printed on a gift card and enclosed.  Wrapping is available for $4.50 per gift.  Please note certain bulky items may not be available for gift wrapping.

Sale Prices
Any sales or limited time promotions offered are not applicable to prior purchases.  Prices are subject to change at any time.

Shipping Information

Standard Delivery
All items ship via UPS or Federal Express within 3 business days if in stock.  Ground shipments do not require a signature.  A street address is required for shipment, we cannot ship to PO Boxes.

Rush Delivery
Orders placed by 12:00 noon Central Time can be shipped to arrive the following business day for an additional $20.00 per address or within 2 business days for an additional $10 per address.   Rush orders placed after noon Central Time on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will be processed on Monday.  A street address is required for shipment, we cannot ship to PO Boxes.  Certain items may not be available for rush shipments.  All Rush delivery shipments require a signature and additional charges may be assessed if more than one attempt is made for delivery.

Shipping and Handling Charges
Charges are calculated at check-out and apply to each shipping address.  Orders consisting of multiple items to the same address will be charged on a pro-rated basis if separate shipments are required. 

Shipping Outside the Continental United States
We are not able to ship to addresses outside the United States at this time. 

Shipping and Handling Exceptions
Some items may require special packaging and shipping and/or insurance.  These items will be indicated on the product page.

Returns and Exchanges

We will accept returns or exchanges on any item in its original, unused condition accompanied by a receipt within 30 days of purchase. (Please note: we are unable to refund gift wrap or shipping charges and cannot accept them as a return.).  There are no returns on special order items, personalized, or sale/discontinued items.  Gift certificates or cards are non-returnable.  A refund based on the original payment method will be made to the purchaser.  Gift recipients will receive a gift certificate for the amount if received within 30 days and accompanied by proof of purchase.

If your package appears damaged, or once opened, you find damaged merchandise, call us at 713-266-9400 within 10 days so that we can arrange to have it picked up and inspected. Please retain all of the original packing materials.

LIMITATION ON DAMAGES.
Surprises will not be liable for any loss of profit, interruption of business or any other special, consequential or incidental damages suffered or sustained by Customer. Any and all damages incurred by Customer (or allegedly incurred by Customer) shall, in any and all cases, be limited to the refund of the purchase price of the product purchased by Customer (provided that all of the terms and conditions herein are satisfied).
By placing an order for products through Surprisesgifts.com, Customer acknowledges and understands that Surprises is not the manufacturer of any product purchased by Customer and that Surprises’ role is that of an authorized distributor of the products available for purchase on the Surprises website.
In no event shall Surprises be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential damages or any damages whatsoever including, without limitation, damages for loss of use, data or profits, arising out of or in any way connected with the any product offered for sale on this web site, or otherwise arising out of the use of this site, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability or otherwise, even if Surprises has been advised of the possibility of damages. Because some states/jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, the above limitation may not apply to the Customer.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT AND AGREEMENT TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
The Terms and Conditions of contained herein are the exclusive terms and conditions for the sale of products from Surprises to Customer through Surprisesgifts.com or other Surprises web sites. Customer agrees that the terms and conditions stated herein constitute the final, complete, exclusive expression of the agreement between Surprises and Customer. Customer, by submitting any order or request for an order, hereby agrees to the terms and conditions set forth herein and acknowledges that Customer has read and understands the same. In the event that any Customer instruction, request, purchase order or any other information and/or documentation submitted by Customer may contain terms and conditions in addition to or different from the terms and conditions herein, Customer agrees, by so submitting its order or by accepting products from Surprises, that the language of the Surprises terms and conditions shall solely and exclusively control. Any and all new or additional terms contained on any Customer instruction, request, purchase order or any other information and/or documentation submitted by Customer is hereby expressly and completely rejected. Acceptance of Customer's order for products from Surprises and Surprisesgifts.com is expressly limited to these terms and conditions. By submitting an order, requesting to purchase any product, or taking receipt of Surprises products, Customer consents to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in the State of Texas.

If Customer does not wish to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, Customer should not submit any order or make any type of purchase and should exit all web sites related to Surprises now!

Privacy & Security

Privacy Policy
We use sophisticated encryption and authentication tools to protect the security of your personal information that you share with us. When you make a purchase online, either a solid key or a locked padlock icon will appear in your browser window, whose location may vary depending on your browser. (In the lower right corner for Internet Explorer, at the end of the address bar in Firefox, in the upper right corner for Safari, etc.) This icon indicates that your transaction session is secured through Secure Sockets Layer (SSL). If one of these icons does not appear, please contact Surprises at 713-266-9400 to complete your purchase.

Unfortunately, however, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, while we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee or warrant the security of any information you transmit to or from our web sites, and you do so at your own risk. When a credit card is used, your card company assumes liabilities under most situations. Please refer to your credit card terms of contract for details. Once we receive your transmission, we closely guard your information and delete it soon after your order is fullfilled.

We also urge you to keep your password in a safe place and not to divulge it to anyone. Also remember to sign off your account and close your browser window when you have finished your visit. This is to ensure that others cannot access your account

We will not sell or distribute any of your personal information, including your email address, to any third party.

The only time that we will contact you will be regarding your order status or if you specifically request to be on our mailing list.  If you would like to receive email from us regarding sale items and special offers, please send us an email at info@Surprisesgifts.com to add your name to our mailing list.  You may contact us at any time to be removed from our mailing list.

We take the security of your information very seriously. As a result, we do not accept orders by e-mail.

We ask you to enter your payment information for each order, since we do not record such information along with your account information.
